A warm welcome awaits you at our newly refurbished holiday flat, ideally located in the centre of Cornwall and in a very convenient location for the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the bustling port of Fowey and the charming harbour at Mevagissey; as well as numerous sandy coves along the whole of St Austell bay. Both Porthpean and the 18th century world heritage port of Charlestown are a 20 minute walk away; the town, railway station, leisure centre and pubs/restaurants all a 10 minute walk. It's just a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to the lovely 18th century hsitoric port of Charlestown and safe sandy beaches. |
You will be ideally placed for visits to many attractions along the favoured sheltered south coast of Cornwall and only a 30 minute car ride from the rugged North coast surfing beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. Nowhere in Cornwall is more than a one hour drive away.
Our spacious holiday flat will ensure you will receive the very best of care and the personal touch from owners who were born and brought up in the area and recently returned. Our motto is ‘affordable comfort’ and all our rooms are large, bright and airy with modern en-suite facilities and co-ordinated furnishings at sensible prices.
Parking is available at the front of the property for 1/2 cars
The flat will accommodate 5 persons comfortably in a top floor double bedroom and a first floor triple single bed en-suite room. There is a spacious lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob and microwave. Outside there is a first floor balcony and sitting area accessible from the triple bedroom and a further second floor sitting area with additional cloaks/wc. The flat is situated on the first and second floors of the building so not suitable for those unable to use stairs. The owners live in the ground floor flat. There is full gas central heating included in the price and all bed linen and towels (except beach towels). There is a drying area on the balcony and a washer/tumble dryer in the kitchen. Minimum nights 3 – any starting day of the week and look out for our special introductory and winter offers.
Very suitable for friends travelling together; groups of 3, 4, or 5 adults; or families with older children but not babies and toddlers, because of the stairs. You will get so much more for your money than a traditional hotel!
